WHERE WE BEGAN
After graduating college in the early 80's with a degree in finance, Barry entered into the field of Real Estate Development. He began working with large residential developers in New York City, developing & building Luxury Apartment Buildings & Condominiums in Manhattan and New Jersey. After honing his skills in residential construction, gaining the necessary experience and realizing what he had been able to accomplish for others, Barry decided to venture out on his own. He started JBC Development in 1997 and since that time has developed and built many custom homes for satisfied clients, spec homes, developments, and even his own family home.

The years of experience, education, attention to details, knowledge of finances, his ability to interact with people and personal involvement on every level has enabled JBC Development to grow into a full-scale building and development firm. The firms “hand on approach” has contributed to the quality product it delivers. Barry personally oversees every phase of building and development leaving no stone unturned. With well over 30 years of experience, Barry’s hands-on and project management experience allows for an intelligent perspective and approach to understanding complex designs and the ability to bring what’s designed to life.
